Vacation time is great, especially, after a difficult year of work or school. Your gone for a week and, you don’t have access to a gym. There are few techniques to maximize your workout.
I recommend, you go out and pick up a few resistance bands. Resistance bands are not as effective as free weights, but they get the job done in a pinch. Using, the resistance bands could not be any simpler. Example, you want to work your biceps's to impress the ladies on the beach. Just, stand on the center of the Band and, do your curls. Vacation time is also a great time to work on cardio. Get up a few minutes early and take a quick jog around town. Not only are you getting your exercise in but, you get to see whats around your hotel. Most, hotels have swimming pools and you want to take advantage of them.
Don’t let your vacation be an excuse not to work out.
